When Cash App asked if we could help breathe new life into their ongoing “cursed” project (prolonged projects tend to feel that way, don’t they?), our mission was clear: integrate seamlessly within their team, get the project across that proverbial finish line, and bring some fresh energy to the fray!

The challenge

Jumpstart this stalled project through close collaboration with the Cash App internal team. We aimed to both deliver their requested video and enhance Cash App’s branding across various platforms—starting with email. Our overarching objective to elevate their brand presence ensured a cohesive and dynamic identity across all customer touchpoints.

The Solution

We dove deep to understand the project's status and the internal team's vision, tailoring our approach to embed artists within the Cash App team and build upon existing brand structures. After delivering our first video, we expanded our scope to include additional frames for email campaigns, focusing on reinforcing and expanding Cash App's brand identity through energizing, eye-catching stills.
